NewsCampaignsAlcohol - Know Your LimitsSouth Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust are working in conjunction with The Safer Devon Partnership to launch the campaign 'Think Safe, Drink Save' which is allied to the national alcohol campaign, 'Know Your Limits', run by the Department of Health and the Home Office. The campaign is aimed at encouraging safer drinking by young people throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
The campaign is to be launched to the media and other stakeholders, including licensees, trading standards officers, officers from Devon and Cornwall Constabulary and representative from the youth services and treatment centres on Wednesday 29 November 2006 at the Time Piece night club in Little Castle Street, Exeter, from 3pm to 5pm. Time Piece has been chosen as the venue for this event as it is poular with our target audience of 18 to 30 year olds, and the management is keen to promote the safe drinking message to its customers. Click on the links below to hear radio footage of the campaign.
