Parking
Parking at St James Court is restricted for staff working on site. There are no visitors spaces available, however, additional parking is located on the roadside of the industrial estate if required. Parking at Abbey Court in Exeter is limited and must be booked in advance.

Arriving at our site
All visitors must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure. This will be undertaken by your host. Once signed in, you will always be given a visitors badge or a contractor’s lanyard. The badge/lanyard must be warn so it is visible at all times. Once your visit is complete, you must sign out and you must return your card/lanyard. Entry to some areas is restricted and your host will be able to assist with your movement around site using their access card.

Pedestrians and vehicles
As you move around our site you must keep to designated safe walkways. Please be aware of the dangers of moving vehicles around you, including response vehicles delivery vans and lorries.

Smoking
All South Western Ambulance Sites are non-smoking.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
In certain areas of our site, you may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment. Your host will advise you when PPE is required and should provide you with any relevant equipment.

Valuables and personal items
Valuable and Personal items must be kept with you at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or misplaces items.

The South Western Ambulance Charity, founded in 1995, uses gifted monies to benefit those in our communities who use our service and to improve the welfare of the staff and volunteers of the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. 

Our charitable support covers Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire including Bristol and Swindon.
