A message of tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Will Warrender, chief executive of the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, said: “I know I speak on behalf of my colleagues and volunteers from across the South Western Ambulance Service when I say that we are all incredibly saddened by the news Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has passed away.

“Throughout her life, The Queen has been a huge supporter of all we do in the NHS for our patients, staff and NHS colleagues; most recently awarding the NHS with the George Cross. Our heartfelt condolences remain with the Royal Family."
