Leo is a local resident who is passionate about championing staff wellbeing, tackling health inequalities, and ensuring SWASFT is inclusive, accountable, and fit for the future.
He is committed to holding the Trust's Non-Executive Directors to account, ensuring decisions reflect the needs of patients, staff, and the wider community. In his free time, Leo enjoys travelling and spending time in new places. He joined the Trust as a Governor in 2025 and is currently serving within his first three-year term of office
