Our Staff Awards

Every year the Trust highlights, honours and celebrates long service, Trust colleagues and volunteers, members of the public and partners who have been nominated for going the extra mile to make a real difference to others.

Our SWASFT staff and volunteers deliver extraordinary work and  compassionate care every day. Through our Staff Awards, we aim to recognise and celebrate their efforts and achievements.

Our winners are announced at two special celebration events held at the end of the year.

There are eight categories in our awards in which our people nominate individual colleagues and teams:

We also recognise our staff members and award them with their milestone long service awards celebrating 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, 40 years or even 50 years with the Trust!
