Patient and Public Engagement

Our team visits schools, community groups and organisations across the South West every year, speaking with thousands of people about how the ambulance service works and what to do in an emergency.

We also attend a wide range of events, engaging with people from many different communities to help improve understanding of our service.

Please be aware that we receive a large number of requests, and all resources (staff and vehicles) must be prioritised for use on the frontline. This means we are not able to fulfil every request.
