Annual Members Meeting 2026
We are pleased to invite Foundation Trust Members, staff, governors, volunteers, stakeholders and members of the public to our Annual Members Meeting on Thursday 24 September 2026.
The Annual Members Meeting is an opportunity to hear about the Trust's achievements, challenges and priorities from the past year. You will hear from senior leaders and governors, find out more about the work of the Trust, and learn how members and governors help shape what we do.
There will also be opportunities to ask questions and to speak with staff and teams at engagement stands before and after the meeting.
When and where
Date: Thursday 24 September 2026
Venue: Trust HQ, Abbey Court, Eagle Way, Exeter, EX2 7HY
Location: Unit 8, with an additional link to the Boardroom
Online: Microsoft Teams option available for those joining remotely

Accessibility
We want the meeting to be accessible to everyone. Due to the current lift installation, Unit 8 may not be accessible to all attendees. An additional link to the meeting will therefore be available in the Boardroom, and attendees can also join remotely via Microsoft Teams.

After the meeting
Following the meeting, key highlights and relevant materials will be shared through Trust channels.
