Event Notification: Ambulance Service announces Annual Members Meeting

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) is inviting its members from across the region to attend its Annual Members Meeting on Thursday 18 September. This is an opportunity to hear about the Trust's future and to celebrate the work of its dedicated teams.

Event Overview:

The meeting is open to all members of the Trust (members include Trust staff and volunteers, the public and stakeholders) the event offers a chance to ask questions, learn more about the Trust's performance over the past year, and get insights into what lies ahead.

What you can expect:

  • Presentation of the 2024/25 Annual Report and Accounts
  • CPR demonstration and training
  • A review of key achievements and challenges from the past year
  • Celebration of the South Western Ambulance Service Charity's 30th year anniversary
  • Updates from the Trust's Council of Governors
  • A look at priorities for 2025/26

Becoming a Trust Member:

The Annual Members Meeting is for Trust members only, if you would like to attend the meeting, you will need complete a short online form to become a member via https://www.swast.nhs.uk/become-a-member. To become a member, you must be over 16 years old and live in one of the seven counties served by SWASFT (Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.)

Due to limited space at the venue, please confirm your attendance in advance - including any dietary needs or access requirements - by emailing corporate.meeting@swast.nhs.uk. This will help SWASFT ensure adequate seating and parking arrangements.
