Please note the meetings in blue are the options available for you to attend as an observer only.

KEY:

• Council of Governors (Quarterly) for governors to hold the Non-Executive Directors to account.
• Board of Directors (By monthly) for governors to observe in order to hold the Non-Executive Directors to account.
• Patient Participation Panel (Monthly) for governors to observe members of the public views of the Trust. 
• Quality Committee (Meets formally on a quarterly basis, with 4 x additional ‘deep dive’ meetings) Monitoring review and implementation of corporate and quality governance, clinical care, operational and clinical hub quality & performance matters, risk management and patient safety and quality assurance strategies and action plans.
• Finance and Investment Committee (Quarterly) Independent and objective review of the Trust’s business concerning financial planning and financial performance providing assurance to the Board of Directors.
• People Committee (Quarterly) Providing strategic direction and Board assurance in relation to all People and Culture matters.
