It offers quick access to guidance, tailored assessments, personalised support plans, and CBT-based sessions from Mental Health Practitioners. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is available via self-referral, direct referral, or through the EAP where appropriate. |
The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC) - The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC) supports the wellbeing of ambulance staff, paramedic students, and volunteers, offering services for mental health, physical rehabilitation, and financial wellbeing. |
CIC Wellbeing - CiC Wellbeing provide a confidential 24-hour support and advice line for SWAST colleagues. This can be accessed via telephone, via their Ele platform, WhatsApp and digital chat. They offer in the moment psychological support but also legal advice, debt advice and much more. This is for our colleagues and their immediate family. |
