Your Results: You may benefit from additional support
Thank you for completing the T-RaS self-screening tool.
Your responses suggest you may be experiencing wider difficulties linked to repeated or prolonged exposure to distressing situations, which is common in emotionally demanding roles. These responses are understandable and are not a personal failing or weakness.
This does not mean that anything is permanently wrong. However, it does suggest that more dedicated, trauma informed support could make a meaningful difference. Many people experience real improvements with the right help, even if they have felt this way for some time.
You are strongly encouraged to seek support; you don't have to manage this on your own. Support options are available below. If you feel unsafe or overwhelmed, please seek urgent support via your GP, NHS 111, local crisis services, or 999 in an emergency.
