Outcome 2:                   PTSD indicators met

Your Results:                Some reactions worth paying attention to

Thank you for completing the T-RaS self-screening tool.

Your responses suggest you may be experiencing some common reactions following a distressing or difficult event. These responses are understandable, particularly in high pressure, high exposure roles, and are not a sign of weakness.

With the right support, many people find that these reactions reduce over time. Seeking support early can be helpful and may prevent difficulties from becoming more entrenched.

You don't need to manage this alone. A range of support options is available below, which you are welcome to access now or in the future. If you feel unsafe or overwhelmed, please seek urgent support via your GP, NHS 111, local crisis services, or 999 in an emergency.
