Your views matter – share your voice with South Western Ambulance Service

South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) is inviting members of the public to take part in its upcoming virtual Patient Participation Panel on Friday 21 November 2025.

The Patient Participation Panel is an open and inclusive community feedback forum, designed to give people across the South West the opportunity to share their views, experiences and ideas about their local ambulance service. Whether you've been a patient, supported a loved one, or simply care about the future of the service, your voice matters.

Panel members have a valuable voice and their feedback about their experiences of the Trust will help shape the ambulance service now and in the future.

By taking part, participants can speak directly to decision-makers within the Trust, helping to influence decisions and improvements across emergency and urgent care services in the region.

Deanne Hill, Patient Engagement Manager at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, said: We're always looking to improve the care and service we provide. This panel creates a safe, honest, and friendly environment for people to share what matters most to them.

All feedback - positive or negative - helps us learn, grow, and provide better care. Please consider sharing your views or encouraging others to attend. Your input truly makes a difference.

If you can spare the time to share your views with our team, you'll be helping to make a real difference to your local communities, to the service we provide, and to the way we engage with our patients.

If you can't attend but would still like to share your views, you can complete the online feedback form here: Patient Participation Panel feedback form
