Volunteer with the Patient Engagement Team

The Patient Engagement team is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support events across the Trust, from local and Tri-Service shows to open days and focus groups. We are happy to help support any engagements that you are organising.

What the Role Involves

Please note this is a voluntary role. Volunteers will receive regular email alerts with upcoming events across the Southwest and they will be required to help out outside of regaur shift patterns . Engagement events may include:

·         School visits

·         Community outreach

·         Lets Talk visits

·         Sessions with hard-to-reach groups

·         Larger Tri-Service events

Vehicles

We have a Public Relations vehicle (PRV) and an engagement DCA based in Honiton/Exeter that can be booked for events (subject to availability). No specialist driving qualification is required to use the PRV.
